Default Another problem :(

The a-pillars are bubbling. Seems like the heat is causing the carpet to bubble up. Ugh.

Yep. 20% all around since day 2.

Also sounds like a bird is stuck behind the dash now. A nice squeeching noise to go with the rattles.

Default How hot is it?

Must be about 50C! Think that had somthing to do with it? Seems like a warrente issue to me. I had a window in a rental car "blow out" in August in Tucson.

What does carpet have to do with the a-pillars? I am confused. Pictures would help.

The a-pillars are carpeted. The front left one is bubbling. I don't have a digicam. I took it off and pressed it back on, and its stuck back down, but I know its only a matter of time before it happens again. Should have left it bubbled so the dealer could have seen and done something.

if you have a problem with you car, try not fix it and let the dealer take care of it. Its a brand new car and any minor flaws taht it has, im sure the dealer will fix just to make you as a customer happy. good luck with that though

How about you figure out what you are talking about before you speak (or type).

To qualify for lemon law status in the state of Arizona the same nonconformity (problem) has to have been subject to repair four or more times by the manufacturer or its agents or authorized dealers during the shorter of the express warranty term or the period of two years or twenty-four thousand miles following the date of original delivery of the motor vehicle to the consumer.

That being said, take it back to the dealer and have them fix it.

Bah. Nick's just a whiney little _____. :D

Seriously, I don't know if it was the bull____ dealer he bought the car through, or if he just got a lemmon, but he's had nothing but issues with his car since he got it. I got my tC a week or so before him, and it's been fine with no issues. I did the stereos in both cars, and they both see about the same amount of driving. It's just his comes up with all these issues, where the only problem I had in mine (panel squeaking) was my own fault and easily repaired. The only thing I can think of is his car's a 5 spd, mine's an auto.

Time to sell it and buy a 2g.

Better yet, check your owner's information packet. You'll find a breakdown state-by-state.
