Default How To Clean Scion xB Bra

I recently got a Scion Bra for my my hood because of flying projectiles on the freeway hitting my car. It did not come with an instruction book. Does anyone have tips of how to clean it? What to do if get's wet? I've search on this site but I couldn't find detailed instruction of how to clean it. Hopefully there's someone out there with the same bra with instructions. Any tips is appreciated.

take it off when it gets wet, such as rain, let it air dry and re-install

if it gets real dirty , wash it in a washing machine, gentle cycle, mild soap, then let it air dry.

Always check the back side for crud before installing it.

Wash and wax before install.

DO NOT USE ARMOUR-ALL ( or anything like it) on it.

Yeah, remove it before it rains. I use rain X on my Colgan bra so bugs don't stick. I wipe it down with a damp towel and it cleans up nicely. The scion one is made of the same type of vinyl so it should do the same thing. The washing machine is a bit harsh IMO.

Just make sure the back is clean and wax the car underneath often...when it rains take it off and dry thouroughly before putting it back on.

They sell vinyl cleaner at Wal-Mart and auto stores that works well and doesn't leave a film.

For the carpet inside, I would vaccuum it out get any dirt, and use foaming carpet cleaner if it was really messy.

I stopped using my Colgan though because it was too much hassle taking it off everytime it rains. Had some chips I had to touch up, but them's the breaks.
