Default Tsudo N1 Catback install

I'm looking into purchasing one of these, and wanted to know from anyone who currently has one how hard the install was.

Does the midpipe need to be cut, or any sort of welding involved?

it's just a bolt on kit, it comes with everything including the bolts...about an hour of install time (alone) with a friend probably about 45 mins it's pretty much a solo job
