Ok...I heard about this online multiplayer "game" called Second Life....

Anyone here involved in "it", does it, plays it, lives it....... what does "it" involve......
is "it" just another version of WoW on a different level???

Ive never heard of it, I only play console games though.

it's more like an mmo of "the sims". it's pretty much a social mmo and like all mmo games, it's abuot item collection and showing off stuff you aquired ingame. it's got a stron following in northern europe.
it's dated, and so are the graphics, i wouldn't think about getting into this if i was looking for a new mmo. haven't personally played it, but i have played quite a few other mmos, and keep up on video game news.

never played but heard about it in our local newspaper.. also mention scions being in it.

Ah....dont they have an xB in GTA or was the NFS?

As much as I like RPG online...im geared more towards console gaming as well, but i miss the old days of D&D 1st and 2 ed.

have you guys seen Age of Conan? only actually upcoming mmo that looks pretty good. haven't played mmo's in over a year.

Second Life has a area known as "Scion City" in it. There is a virtual dealership. You can test drive or buy any of the Scion models. Second Life's Scion City had a virtual sim cast of the debut of the gen 2 Scions, new xB and xD.

second life is more of a virtual chat room then a game...

second life is like world of warcraft without the violence i think.

Whatever you guys do, do not play this game. You basically have to sacrifice your real life to play this lol. Everything in it cost real money too :/ not really a game, more like a virtual reality experience.

And the difference between Second Life and WoW.......
