We Have Wii ! screenshots inside !
What a morning! I awoke at 5:00am, got my son up and packed up all our
gear, chairs, blankets, and snacks. We headed for Circuit City and got
there at 5:30, they had 15 and there were 15 people in line to purchase so
it was off to our dumpy little Kmart, they received 2 systems and gave out
vouchers at 2:00am.So it was off to the new Super Target where 20 some
people were in line for 20 systems. Next door was the new Best Buy, so
many people we didn't even ask. They were in tents and sleeping bags
hugged up to the wall. So one last place to check, Sam's Club. We pulled
up and there was 5 systems and we would be #5, bingo! We unloaded our
stuff and waited it out from 6:30 until 9:00 when they gave us a ticket for the
Wii purchase. They let us in at 10am and actually only about 5 people
asked about the Wii and had to be turned away. It's really a neat system,
the motion control works great so far and it comes with a sports game:
Baseball, Tennis, Bowling, Golf, Football and Golf. These games will get
your kid off the couch for sure. I'm hoping it helps my son with his CMD.
The folks we waited with were great. One guy even went to McDonald's
and bought us coffee and biscuits but would not take any money for them
and Sam's let us in at will to use the restroom. I had to go and buy extra
controllers at Circuit City and Walmart, Circuit City ran out of Nunchuks so I
had to get one of those at Walmart. We also had to get Zelda at Circuit
City, Sam's only got 3. We got Super Monkey Ball at Sam's for $44. Also
Circuit City has $5.00 off of accessories and if you buy 2 games there you
get a $10 gift card. All in all a positive experience.
These pics do it no justice.

BTW: It's about the size of an external drive.

Haha, ya, i know wat ya mean. I was surprised. The last guy that showed up arrived rite when the store opened, the majority of us stayed thru the nite. . But i was first in line tho, so i thought that was pretty cool.

HAHA i was a lucky person who presold ours at Gamestop! So no waiting in line for me! Although i did go to a Walmart to see if i could get one at midnight because i just wanted to play it.
Only thing i was sad about was i have to wait till Tuesday for NFS! :-( I love how the controllers can tell how hard you swing or if you can't bowl worth crap! The boxing was my favorite in the Wii games.
