Default Please Help with Front Lower Control Arm Removal

Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone who has removed the front lower control arm can help me. I can't get the portion with the horizontal bushing to disengage from the subframe. Please give me some pointers on how to get it out. Thanks guys.

Yea, it is really dead in here. I haven't done one on these cars, but the factory service manual doesn't say anything special, just to remove the two bolts to the subframe. I assume you already disconnected the knuckle from the LCA. Beyond that, I would spray some WD40 into the area that's stuck (it'll lubricate the rubber/metal interface) then bang the outer end of the LCA that you disconnected from the knuckle with a rubber mallet (alternate front to back) to try to work it out. Hopefully the WD40 will seep in there and let it come out more easily.
