I would greatly appreciate it if we could keep this sort of conversation to email.
Many thanks.

Knowing there was a leadtime before hand would have been great to notate on your website insted of telling me every month when I emailed that you guys "were hoping to have them out by the end of the month." I have now lost both of my sponsorships because I have not been able to put the S/C back together and on the car.
I will continue to spread the word until I either get the pulley or my money back. 4 months is un-accpetable to either not have product or money back.

Our track record of customer satisfaction is over 90% positive in the decade or so that we have been in business. There are thousands of happy NST customers all over the globe.
We are working on resolving all past issues this summer as we move forward. We would be happy to correspond with each and every customer if you email us regarding issues. If you have not received enough of a response, or quickly enough, we will attempt to respond more frequently moving forward.
Certain items like our tCII Crank Pulley are mass production in stock items, while other items like older tC parts are special order items. This is as a direct result of supply and demand, market conditions, and support from the community. Supply always follows real demand.
We are a very small team in a very highly competitive industry with very small profit margins. Unfortunately, production takes time with certain parts. I hate the delays much more than any of you, believe me.
I wish customers would understand that negative comments on social media and forums, and disputes, do NOT make the supply chain, CNC machines, and anodizing process go any faster. The only thing negative comments lead to is more strain and stress on the day to day operations of small businesses. Add the already difficult economic conditions and businesses slow and suffer even more from such comments/activity.
As stated, we would be happy to continue to provide updates via emails through the proper channels. I will not be able to provide any further updates via social media and/or forums.
Thank you.

LIES AND SLANDER. I just recently ordered a pulley and it was BLACK. HOW DARE.
currently just sitting on my workbench, will update after I install it and test it out. Need to get a hold of my friend with the correct torque wrench, mine only goes up to 150.

Standard color is red and red will be shipped in most cases if color is not specified by customer at time of order. This can not be the case 100% of the time.
The BEST way to guarantee a color choice is to include a note with the order to select desired color, the NST website allows a note for color to be included with each and every order.
Another option would be to email NST and ask for color options and available inventory at any given time.
As of this writing, Scion tCII Crank Pulleys are in stock and ready for shipping.
Thank you all!

Thank you all for the recent orders and inquiries.
We've shipped a lot of tCII pulleys recently and are working on more production parts to be able to ship even more stuff more quickly in 2016.
Happy new year to you and yours.

I'd like to weigh in on my experience with your pulley for the tc2. I have had mine installed for 140,000 out of my cars 200,000 miles and it has been great! no squeaks, no leaks, no shredded belt, it does exactly as you claim. Hell the only reason I remember I installed the pulley any more is when I pop my hood to check/change my oil i see your shiny red crank pulley. Great product NST, and if i ever purchase a pulley or pulleys for any of my future vehicles you guys will be my first search.
