I'm in the process of making my own custom front lip, and I can't really find too much information about it. I would rather not use fiberglass if it can be helped.

I wanted to know what kind(s) of material I should be using for it? So far I have the draft I want down, it's just a matter of making it into an actual thing I can put onto the car.

Driving around with cardboard parts would be silly
