Pictures of engine wire harness mounting brackets?
I've just dropped a 2ZR into my Yaris HB but there's a few mounting locations that don't line up with the engine wire harness. Could someone get under their hood and take a picture of these areas? The parts diagrams online don't show what actually goes there.
Passenger side strut tower - just before the ECU, there's a large protector connected to the tower. The Yaris one is different and doesn't line up.
Throttle body side of intake manifold - There's a molded-in threaded insert below the throttle body. The wire harness has a clip in that location, but the manifold was bare when I bought it.
Alternator mount - Just below the alternator there is a bracket, but my wire harness doesn't have a clip there.
Manual transmission - where the main wire harness goes over the gearbox. The Yaris bracket doesn't reach the xD clip. It probably comes up between the shift cables.
Thanks in advance!
