Default Chrome trim rings

I took my 18s off today and put the stock rims on. but hubcaps are fugly. i found some chrome trim rings at a local parts store for 49$ and put those on.
i mightve paid a little more than ebay or so. but its a local store ran by a guy not soem big chain, and i didnt want to wait. heres the before and after.

does anyone have any suggestions on the centers though, is there something i can put in the center to cover the lugnuts?

Not a big fan of steelies but doesn't look too bad. I'd suggest some chrome lugnuts to seal the deal...

I'll prolly do this for winter too, except paint the wheels crome, clear them and find a hub cap. Just like my 87 nova.

ive been wanting to do the same exact thing for my camo box but people told me you cant get trim rings made for japanses cars...that they will fall off when you hit the first bump. If anyone else has gotten trim rings from eomewhee where I can order online please post or PM. I think they look great if you donthave $800 for nice wheels.

i dont think these will fall off, they seem pretty secure on their compared to some cheap hubcaps i had from walmart once. i guess only time will tell. i had to push super hard to get them on also. they didnt just push on easy

i called the place i got mine from today and asked about getting more, he said they are 69$ now. i guess mine were cheaper because thye had been sittin in his store for a while and he wanted to get rid of them.

That's silly. Think of all the older hondas and toyotas around with these things on them from the factory. I replaced mine several times on the nova. I don't think I ever had one fall off.

ya! its the calm logo. i had it made up for me at a vinyl graphics place. we did silver for the background and orange for front. it came out pretty nice. would be neat to do one on the front like the scion fender decal

That looks pretty good. I like how Cop cars have the chrome rings and chrome center caps on steelies, looks bad ___. You need the right color to pull it off. White or black would be good.
