Default drill bit sizes, millimeters converted to standard

Can somebody tell me what size drill bits to use since millimeters are impossible to find?
Cargo net I need a 3.5mm and a 10mm.
Rear spoiler I need 3mm, 8mm, and a 10mm.
Thanks

I used the following for the cargo net:

25/64 = 9.92mm
9/64 = 3.57mm.

Both could have actually been slightly bigger. I would rather drill too small of a hole and have to enlarge, then the other way.

Good chart here: http://mdmetric.com/tech/cvtcht.htm
