I'm in the East Bay of California. And I'm thinking about getting side graphics for my xB. I like the whole custom scroll work (cause it's trendy). Probably 1 or 2 colors. I don't know how expensive these run, and I don't know how difficult it is to install (I'd rather have someone do it for me so I don't screw it up). Any ideas where I can get custom graphics?

 

go to fastsigns.com they are good, cheap, and are all over the place.

 

I'm looking for something more along the lines of someone who can help me design a graphic and create/install it for me. My idea is not very linear, like flames, it is more all over the place which is why I need someone who is super good at doing custom work. Either that or I can have a friend design it for me and just have someone print/cut/install it for me.

 

Just open the yellow pages and call through the sign shop ads for quotes. Be specific and make sure you are comparing apples to apples when you do. I designed signs for 9 years and can tell you that there more options than you can imagine. graphics can range anywhere from $50 for something REALLy simple to $1000 for something seriously top notch and over the top. As far as Fastsigns is concerned, yes they are everwhere and their pricing is often competitive, but they do NOT always have the best prices! I should know. I worked for a Fastsigns for 6 years. Just do your homework!

 

I work at a fedexkinkos as a sign and graphics specialist, and i do design work on the side. i'm on the other coast though. try to get ahold of a kinkos sign and graphics center, price is going to range around $15 a square foot for printing and materials.

I design all kinds of automotive stuff, check out my website and if you are interested I can send you the link to my digital portfolio, which shows a bunch of vinyl graphics I designed for custom show cars. I could design them and get them printed then ship them to you. you or someone else could install them.
