ive got a 16g from an evo 8....its a twin scroll 4 bolt buts its not a t4 but i cant seem to find a manifold for it anyway. Anyone have any experience with this?

Odds are you're going to have to do something custom. Will a tC even efficiently spool up a 16g..?
The ZPI kits used a 16G. It's perhaps the fastest spooling turbo used on a tC. The 2.4L displacement spools that turbine to full boost somewhere around 2500rpm.

is this turbo different from zpi's? it shouldnt be if its a 16G. just get Todd of Turbo Toyota's Zpi Manifold.

The flanges are the same I believe, just a ported housing on the one you have. Turbo Toyotas has a manifold that will work with a Mistu flange. As well as Full Race (who took over the building of log manifolds for ZPI) still can make you a log manifold for this turbine.

Totally diff......... the specs are close but the flange is not even close.

Yes I can.....you have a few options.
1- I can build you an EL/Ram horn style, thats divided..single or dual wg your choice
2- Same as above....non divided with single wg
3- A log....but not an option for divided.
This isn't a manifold thats a production pc.....just something I can build custom.
