You will have to pull off the door panel and prolly remove the bigger window. It's held in place by the rear window track I believe. You should be able to tell more by looking at the replacement window how it's held in place.

You might check the tech section and find the shop manual that shows how to replace it. It looks like it's in section 70-25.

I looked and can't find anything to do with the door windows. The tech section is up top at the bottom of the features drop down. It takes you to the tech section and allows you limited access to the manual. It covers windshield, rear door glas and quarter windows but nothing for the F/R doors.
I'll have to check and see if my manual on disc has the doors covered. Be back in awhile.

OK I found the section it is in the hood door section. find the back door section. The exact section or page is 75-22 and 75-28.

http://www.scionlife.com/tech/manual/?manual=xb04_1816

It took awile to find cause my disc has different section and page numbers. Looks like you pull 3 screws out. One on top of the window frome and 2 more under the door panel. Put the main window down all the way first. Then move the bar over that holds in the window and slide it toward the front of the car and out. The section give you the info you need. Good luck. BTW, how did you end up finding the new window? I ran out of my 5 free views per day looking this up. There are like 3-4 pages that cover removal and replacement tho.

It doesn't look too hard. Just be careful with the new window and hope it goes in without problems and doesn't leak. Hopefully those pages help you out.
