I am thinking about getting a car cradle for my b'berry...I lie, I am thinking about getting a car cradle for my next b'berry. What are all of you using for a car phone cradle?

Blackberry goes in the shape that's bigger than the blackberry next to the parking brake handle.

 

When I drive an xD, I put my phone in that slot near the E Brake....fits nicely

 

I put mine... in my purse! Hah! Less temptation to use it while driving

Mine usually sits in a cup holder unless I am using it as a GPS, then I attach it to my windshield ( I have a Treo 755p)

 

Mine goes in the ash tray cup, the one that fits in our cup holders in front of the gear shift. Just perfect for my phone, as there is never any ash or cigarete butts in it...

 

Mine goes in the cupholder caddy thing that came with the xD. You know, the one with the slots for change. It fits my blackberry curve perfect.

 

Ding ding ding ding...we have a winner. I'm getting a curve -- that's the reason I posted this question in the first place. My pearl died and since I'm out of warranty it was going to cost me as much to fix it as it is to get a new berry. In the meantime I'm using just a basic samsung bar phone. I cannot wait to have a berry back in my grubby little paws but wanted to be sure it had a safe place to sit in my new xD. I've never even used that cupholder caddy thing...now I have a use for it...lol.

i just drop my iphone in the pocket next to the ebrake.

 

Yup, that little pocket thing by the ebrake is handy. Though my phone rattles a little bit in it...so I just turn the stereo up louder ;-)

 

I put my iPhone in the little caddy that came with the car.

 

My bb pearl either goes in the cubby next to the ebrake, or I have the mp3 player holder that goes in the cup holder slot, so it usually goes there. I find I forget my phone in the car more often when its next to the ebrake. It got so bad that I started hanging it from the rear view mirror on my scion dog tags.
my wifey keeps her phone in the door handle, not sure if thats wierd or not.

 

If you didn't get the little phone caddy that came with the car, do you think you can still ask for one?

I'm sure if you went and spoke with the salesperson you bought it from you probably could fenagle one out of them. I got quite a few new keychains that way...

If you had the Pearl, you'll love the Curve. I was looking at them both and I just couldn't stand not having a full keyboard. Plus the large screen is a big bonus.

i got the scion phone cradle when i bought my xD :-) love that for my blackberry
