Default XB Front End Suggestions

1st the bad news - This morning I was involved in a crash where the front end of my car took a good beating.

Now the good news - Everyone involved was OK (just me and the other driver). My air bag did not deploy and was not required from the hit.
Front end, fenders, hood will need to be replaced. The body shop owner will work with me to do exactly what I want and go through any source I suggest for parts. Typically, he does OEM issued genuine parts, but can do anything that I prefer.

I go by the rule "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" so I never thought I'd have the opportunity to have a custom front end...but guess what. It's broke now, and that opportunity has arisin.
What custom front ends are out there offered by who? Remember, my OEM skirts and rear lip stay. I'm also on stock height with stock wheel covers. I don't want my car looking like a freak.
Should I just get the OEM parts done? I don't want to sacrifice safety. Also, if I get the OEM parts, I know my Colgan bra will fit again. At least I'll be rid of my LP holes in the front bumper!

Nevermind.
Even site ol' timers can get excited, but I did a search and found a link

http://www.slstore.com/catBodykits.php

I should be good working with one of these companies.

Super Mods, feel free to delete this post topic.

Mind readers.

I've always loved the NKB front, but there's a picture on the scion life store link of the NKB that doesn't look like the NKB. It retains the foglight holes.

I'm going to give Memoryfab a call and see what the front end looks like. Maybe it's just the half bumper that's being sold and not the full front bumper.

NKB it is...providing my adjuster OK's the use of aftermarket replacement parts. Black is going to look hot as hell too :D
Now for the hood. Double sided CF? Scoop? New reverse cowl from bBIst?

There are two differnt styles from NKB, with foglight openings, and without.

Memoryfab won't have any til the end of January. Don't ask me how I know. Ask Zeb.

Yeah, I'm waiting until they come in too. Mmmmmm......NKB. I might keep the stock side skirts and run the front and rear bumper of the kit.

The NKB side skirts make that kit good.

Squirrel, I called Memoryfab b4 your post. Spoke with Dave there.
He said the NKB comes as a full bumper only and that it's easy to modify for the fogs if I wanted them.
Late January confirmed. Roger that. I don't think I can run without a bumper through January. Dave offered air-ship from Japan for about $300 xtra. I wonder what the insurrance will say?

That NKB is a combo FAB/Kenstyle. I think that's y I like it. Squarish corners and that front rake. Yalm yalm. Is there anything else like it? I have a few days to look around before my adjuster contacts me. Until then, the dream lives on.

Squirrel,
Timing indeed would need to be perfect. There would also be transaction issues between the repair shop and insurrance. I'll PM you for details if everything comes together before Friday.
