theres a DIY here on how to install it, very simple just need power tools to get 1 bolt off. its a little power adder, youll get like 7 hp. alot of people with just n/a mods like headers and intake get these and get improved throttle response and like i said before a couple extra HP. you will see a slight increase if u do a dyno b4 and after. most people with turbos usually dont bother with lightened crank pulleys, me for example i dont use one. why? not worth it on turbo IMO...some can argue otherwise but its silly id rather spend the 130 bucks on an oil catch or electronic boost control. in turbo you can find more beneficial mods to spend ur money on as opposed to if you were just n/a

Default NST

I was also looking at the agency but i think im gonna go with the set up at Non Stop Tuning. They have the whole set up. Underdrive crank pully, and a package w/ the alternator and the water pump pulley. They also sell the belt since its not oem size. Everything you need besides the tools. Its a little more expensive but its the whole set up.

id say if your gona go w/ a pulley go w/ one that is the stock diameter just lighter weight, if you start to change the size of the pulley the whole car will begin to act funky, yes NST changes the size to all the pulleys yes people praise them for that and swear in doing so it wont mess up anything. but its just not for me. id say go w/ the craven speed pulley look em up....i like that 1.
