it should be in the arm rest go to the biggest compartment look inside and you should see 2 covers. one is for the AUX and the other one for the iPod thing.. which you have circled in red.

well thats an expensive harness... on teh back of the hu there are 3 connectors right? one is for speakers, one is for power and the 3rd is for extras(steeringwheel controls, aux port and ipod) thats the one that has to be replaced for the newer one with the cable to connect to ur armrest port.

that might be confusing... idk. sry if i didnt help

i wasnt talking about the endlink being loose....i was saying that when you are turning the coilover body hits the bar....makes a loud popping noise....

Regarding the stereo, you are going to need the wire harness that goes from the back of the radio into the middle arm rest.

You will also need the ports that go in the arm rest that the wiring harness I just mentioned plugs into. 1) The iPod port, 2) The AUX Port. Once you have that you can plug in your iPod cable that you currently have into the iPod port.

You will probably need to then either cut the holes in the storage area of the arm rest or buy a new arm rest assembly for a 2008 or 2009.

If it was me, I would try to find a wrecked 08 or 09 tc to get all of the stuff out of. I think the ports are all the same for all the scions, so you may be able to get it out of an xD or something too.

Let me know if you need some pics or other help.

it could still be the endlink....when you hit those bumps the suspension will turn either way ever so slightly...it may just be enough...but i dont know what to tell you....i dont have this problem at all...and mine have quite a few miles...

might just be road noise with the stiffened up ride...mine has a slight rumbling noise when i go over bumps and stuff and ive had my coils on for over a year (not ksport though). Ive had a few ppl look at it and all their opinions are that its probably a normal thing because of the stiffened ride and road conditions.
