Default Whats the stiffest spring rate for DD?

I am currently using 340 lb/in (6 kg/mm) up front and 440 lb/in (8 kg/mm) in the rear; very comfortable, not harsh. I use my car mainly as a daily driver and wanted to know what spring rate some of you are using? If you don't know what spring rate, even the brand coilovers your using would help me get a better idea of if I should go stiffer. Other info like if you daily drive your car, hows the comfort, what setting you got your shocks set to in conjuction with your stiff springs (soft, medium, hard). Any info would be helpful!

I plan on going to about 440 lb/in (8 kg/mm) up front and 600 lb/in (11 kg/mm) in the rear, do you think this is too stiff for a daily driver?
