Default FS:Broken Xbox 360 $75 shipped

ok if you might remeber i had my xbox 360 up for sale a few months ago which it didnt sell here but on a different site....

this xbox 360 i have for sale is my buddies he bascially had the same issue as i did the 3 red lights instead of him taking the box apart to fix it he sent it to a company on ebay to get it fixed which they did a great job it worked for about 1 year after the repair then the red lights came back.....but instead of fixing it he just bought the elite with the HDMI plug..

so bascially this box power on but displays 3 red lights its been open for 1 time for repair thats all worked for a year then stoped working...and i think the dvd tray something has a hard time rejecting it could be the face plate but not sure............

what you will get

xbox 360 (3 red lights

power brick to that xbox

wired controller

AV cable

all for $75 shipped......

know this sounds really wierd but if you wanna try this to fix it you may be better off...99% of the time the red ring of death comes from a piece of the board becoming hot and unsoldering itself from the board....i know from personal experience that in most cases you can fix this by something that sounds dumb ___ hell.....

wrap the xbox up tightly in a beach towel while its plugged in and powered on( no disc in drive though) and leave it in the towel powered on wrapped tightly for about 2-3 hours......the heat retained about 65 % of the time will resolder the one peice that came loose and will work fine again....

sounds stupid but ive seen this done multiple times as well as doin it on my old elite i had
