When my xB is cold the gas pedal gets stuck if you floor it a little. I almost hit any old midget lady. Has this happen to anybody?

 

okay one question do you have different floor mats such as big rubber or plastic ones. if so i might have gotten stuck on that floor mat.

 

With my diamond plate floormats, if i don't have them in the exact right place, my gas pedal will stick.

could it be your floor mats..? (i had a slight issue w/my aftermarket floormat sliding forward and catching the edge of my gas pedal)

 

tak out your floor mat, then drive around

if problem is still current then go to dearl ASAP

 

if their aftermarket floor mats and their sittin on the gas pedal. THROW OUT THE MATS. or trim them. if the pedal hangs up when cold take it ti the dealer ASAP. thats a safety conrern that shouldnt be ignored. Have the car towed to the dealer. this is covered under your warranty!

i was like guning my xb in my neighborhood and was coming to a complete stop and the pedal got stuck... i was like wtf!it was really wierd.... and scary. ur not alone on this one Edzone xB

 

take it to the dealer, this is a serious issue.

 

 

i'm gonna sound like a broken record and hop on the band wagon...
