Default Brake pads

hey everyone. i have a 07 scion tc and its slightly modded. well im getting new rotors and brake pads and im wondering which ones seem to work better for the scion tc? ebc or hps? see, i live in a pretty agressive area and so, from time to time i need my brakes to save my life. also i do highway driving from time to time, but not everyday. anyone with experience know which way i should go as far as brake pads?

i'm probably alone here (there might be one other here) but I personally like porterfield's R4-S carbon kevlar pads. Excellent stopping power in all temps.

Im not saying hes wrong or wright, from what i hear Kevlar are bad for city driving. You need to keep them warm for optimal breaking performance.

yes straight kevlar would be like you said, but these are a combination of carbon and kevlar. Used them in all temps (-20deg F to +100deg F), no change in braking performance. I think they're very good. Not cheap but good stuff isn't cheap, front pads $90, rears $80. But I'm extremely happy with them.
