Ok guys we finally at www.forjworks.com designed our AIR STRUTS SYSTEM for the gen 2 Scion XB that is just as low or even lower than any kit that is out on the market. It will be ready for retail soon.

With months of R&D work on these struts this kit will get you LOW! our bag perch placement gives you optimized lowest possible drop as well as a smooth ride. CNC Machined mounts for exact fitment that is not loose, so this eleminates rattles. Our upper plates that mount at the top of the bags have recessed holes and uses tappered bolts so the strut brearing is as low as possible.

It is designed as two types of kits.

1. DIY kit. It comes with all the mounts and bags. Our Mounts are made to fit the strut body and shafts. You will use your OEM strut with slight modification "cutting of the spring perch" and welding of the FORJWORKS AIR SYSTEM Mount to the sway bar mount, so there is no need to worry about welding onto the body of the strut housing.

2. Bolt on strut set up

All of our kits use Universal Air AERO SPORT STRUT BAGS.
All mounts are CNC machined for precise fitment

This set up will work with 19 inch wheels!

When you need slam www.forjworks.com has what your looking for.

Our top mounts are designed with counter sunk bolts to give you optimized bearing clearance.

Notice other kits the perch mount is made to be universal. notice how big the center hole is.

NOTE: WE do not use push to connect fittings like all the other kits in the market. We work in this industry so long and deal with tons of fittings on a daily baisis and push to connect is a fitting that doesnt last becuase of rubber O Rings inside of them used to seal. As we all know rubber get hard and birttle and starts to leak. All of our kits come with DOT Compression type fittings that are by far the best in the industry and will last.

Here is an cut away of a push to connect fitting.

Marshall, that doesn't appear to be a DOT approved PTC fitting. Is that a Parker industrial PTC fitting by chance?

Just wanted to point out that DOT PTC ( Push to Connect ) fittings are JUST as reliable as compression. Compression fittings use plastic ferrals that are no stronger then the rubber orings inside the PTC fittings. This is all purely personal preference.

Hydraulics also use rubber o rings, and I have a press at work that will do 350 tons of pressure that uses rubber o rings to sell the rams. Just some FYI.

Do you sell just the brackets for the struts, or just a pair of struts? I've asked this a few times now without a response?

Not going to argue the point and debate and waste my time on compression and PTC.. I know there are fans of those so be it.. we use only the best fittings compression.

So what you are saying that rubber dont wear out.. Hdy press uses special oring seals to seal that amount of pressure.. im usre its not just an oring. becuase i have repaired those cyl before

Pork sorry the only thing you asked here is if that cut away fitting was a DOT fitting.

The brackets are up on the site.
