Default A/C off until I hit a bump

So, my a/c stays off until I hit a bump then it comes on and will turn off again. Same with the heater. It seems like somethings not connected by I have no idea what it would be.

When I turn the a/c on(nothing blows obviously) but the rpms go up a bit so it's still pulling from the system. While driving if it's on vent and high it blows slightly.

Any idea what this would be?

there is a little motor under your glove box...reach under there and you will feel a metal piece, give it a good slap and it will pop on....the motor gets stuck sometimes..it has happen to me 2xs before..

ok, that sorta worked, but not really. It would come on every now and then but blow very softly.

So i decided to really get into it and remove the blower motor. Weird thing is, it works perfectly when it's upside down. WTF?? What would it be that would make it work upside down but turn off as soon as it's turned right side up?

Hello about 4 weeks ago I was on my way to work the transfer truck in from of me hit a big Deer when I see it, its too late to steer around. So I drive over it. It tore a hole the size of my fist in TN catalytic converter and then I noticed the heater, defroster and my Air conditioning quit. When i was driving to collision center I hit a bump in the road all of a sudden the blower comes on when i turn recirculate on everything quits and until I hit another bump it will not come back on. Question: is it possible when i ran over the Deer that caused this problem? Please any help would be most appreciated as my insurance is not wanting to fix it. Also the fenders in front of both front tires had to be replaced. Thanks for any info.
