Does anyone know who's TCM xB it is pictured in one of the wallpapers found here at scionlife? Specifically I am curious about the suspension setup and wheels. It looks like the rear is sitting a bit higher than the front and that looks kinda cool (reminds me a bit of those hopped up "street vans" from the 70's that Dodge and other produced, and for which I've always had a fondness).

 

Those wheels are Revolutions, old skool autocross wheels. They still make them, very light and not cheap. Sometimes you see used ones on Ebay.
As for the suspension, just cut a coil of your front springs
