Default Question on Speaker REplace

Hello i have the 2011 Scion RS xD with the Alpine head unit. I am loking at replacing the stock speakers and evening out the sound all around. I dont want to go all out with subs and everything i just want it to be a little louder. I also may have blown out the back speakers. I can no longer hear them. I have read alot of post on how to do it, so i dont think i would have much promblem with that. The speakers I have found I'm thinking about getting.

Im thinking that one of those two would be good to place in all four speakers. What do you all think? Do you have any other recommendations? Would you think I would need a amp or anything else to do a easy install?

Thanks in advance.

not sure about needing to run an amp, you usually get more volume if you do, but that's a lot of cable running. as far as the back speakers, they're just fillers, i can never hear mine either. even if the music is at max and i'm sitting in the back, they're just not very loud
