We are meeting up at MOE'S Southwest Grill outside The Mall of Georgia @ 5:00 PM on December 17th.

Rekindle an old tradition or create a new one at Lake Lanier Islands® 13th annual Magical Nights of Lights®, which features a driving tour through more than six miles of giant, illuminated characters that comprise millions of twinkling lights. After the tour, the new Holiday Village is a must-see for everyone, complete with: The Santa Shop holiday gifts and a chance to visit with Santa Claus, Pony and amusement rides, Bonfire for roasting marshmallows, Delicious holiday fare.

Magical Nights of Lights® is November 19th through December 30th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly (weather permitting).

Cars -
$25 plus tax Monday-Thursday
$30 plus tax Friday-Sunday

*Pricing is based on the capacity of the vehicle not the number of passengers. Some activities at The Holiday Village require additional cost.

 

As always We'll be there. I think Sandy Spring Scion is
having their Toy Drive that day as well. We might go there
first and have pizza then drive up to the Mall of Georgia.

After fighting the mall traffic at the Mall of Georgia this past Saturday , I suggest we avoid meeting at Moe's in front of the mall at 5:00 and meet at Scion Mall of Georgia instead.

Let's meet at Scion Mall of Georgia at 5:00 and then head over to Lake Lanier at 5:15. Any objectsions?
(And, I did speak to Ed at Scion Mall of Georgia, and he said that we are welcome to meet there ANY time! )

So, our itinerary is:
5:00 - Meet up at Scion Mall of Georgia
5:15 - Leave for Lake Lanier

Sorry to hear that, my morning drive was a little icy too. First time I've ever been on ice, tons of fun. My sister stepped out of the car and fell over- the parking lot was coated.

WOW, I really wanted to make it to the SS SCION meet and give props to Dauphin for getting my Blue 5speed Xb in only 10 days!!!!!


But I am moving this weekend to a new townhome off of McFarland & 400, taking another break right now Looks like I have to move my refrigerator this afternoon so doesn't look like I will be able to break away for a breather.

mmmh, looks like my assembled moving company and truck(brother and his friends$$$) have change their schedule again. Looks like we will be moving the big stuff with the truck this afternoon/evening. Oh well, guess I won't be able to make the lake tour either.........
