i have been looking around for a good short shifter. do any of you have any suggestions on which one i should get? i been thinking about the TRD quick shifter. also are they easy installations?

installation depends on how much elbow grease and carelessness you put into it... i did mine in less than 20 minutes including taking apart the center piece and putting it back together..

when it came to that metal clip (installing other than the TRD).. i slightly mutilated the plastic, but it was ok.

if you're looking for something reasonably priced, the CC one is really good. i personally have the TWM stage 2 and love it.

but like i said... ease of installation depends. i find it easy in my opinion... some of my other frieds ran into little difficulties here and there... (which for me i just said F*%# it and went it at it to get what was needed to be done)

proper tools is a must as well. makes things easier.

 

Great thanks, i also have been trying to locate the CC short shifter on the web, but i cannot find it anywhere. Do you know of any websites on were i can check out the CC short shifter?
