yup i got a ticket and for what of all things ...my window tint!

i am parking right in front of my apartment as i usually due when i return to home. so i park put the e brake up make sure my windows are up and not cracked, turn my headlights out, and i go to swing my door open and i got a f ing flashlight in my face "license and registration" then i say "what is the problem officer" he replies "you tints illegal" i say "excuse me" and he says "YOUR TINT IS IIILLLLEEGGAALL" i say "i heard you but this is non sense" ...... so he goes to his car to do what they do and he comes back with a repair order for the tint along with a 60 dollar fine then i proclaim that it is legal 35% he decides to argue with me for 15 minutes about it (even though my tint is 15%) i just wanted to see him as angry as i was.

dundalk cops have nothing better to do!

 

MD is picky on tint, was it city or state??

its easy money in their pocket for all you tint violaters

You would think they would have better things to do, like arresting crackhead drug dealers. I guess that tinted windows are top priority!!

 

seriously...seein as how the area hes in, isn't the best on crime

i know right as i wa getting my ticket the people that were walking by are so sketchy
i dont like where I live the only reason I live there is because it is the only place I can offored right now but I am moving as soon as my lease is up to white marsh where this would have never happened. there is drugs and crime all in my neiborhood but what can you do besides give tickets for tint

yeah my girl just got a new job making better money so we"moving on up" lol but no its more money but deffinetly worth it compared to dundalk

 

plus i got the warrenty at D&L anyway so it shouldnt cost to much to fix besides the 60 dollar fine

sorry, not points as in driving points, but as in the ticket was given when the car wasnt in motion. Its not street lefal, but you were parked in a driveway

 

I'm assuming that the car was parked on a public street, so moving or not some things can be ticketed - like illegal modifications, expired license/tabs, etc.
OR he observed the vehicle in motion on public streets before you parked, and therefore knows you were operating an illegally modified vehicle on the street...

but yea, he was parked....ive had my fair share of police attempts, while in motion
