ScionFX FX1 and Veilside lip kits

Default ScionFX FX1 and Veilside lip kits
Does anyone know or seen this ScionFX kit before? I really like the way that it looks, but looking at it, it looks identical to the veilside kit. I don't want to get it if I have to do all the work like the veilside kit. It is different in a couple of ways, 1)fogs in the front bumper, 2)holes/grills in the side skirts and back bumper, and 3)license plate is not in the back lip. Let me know if you know anything about this. Thanks.

It looks like it comes with fender flares. I also like the side skirts more, w/ those holes in the sides near the rear tires

It doesn't come with the fender flares, those are seprate. I just want to know hows the fitment of it before I buy it?
