Running Pikes Peak in an 800 HP 2JZ-swapped GT86

By -

Scion Racing teamed up with Mackin Industries (Volk Racing) and went to Pikes Peak to dominate the hill.

As you can see, there was a bit of pucker factor. The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb has quite a reputation surrounding it. Motorsport veterans bemoan that the entirety of the route is now paved. However, the danger is still real. It seems like every running up the hill results in crashes and a lot of near misses.
