If you guys ever wanted to see a clean aw11 s/c here's mine with 206k on it!
I remade alot of parts that no longer buy able!

repainted rear bumper and remade factory decals that no one has!
also put the mud flaps back on!

when i had the bumper off for paint ,decal and cleaning
I has the full car apart and i also added the 89 LED wing

 

man, that car looks great! i've driven that one alot in gran turismo 4. props to all the hard work and terrific outcome of it!

the super charger is kinda like roosts but two 8 shaped rotors

 

haha yeah I feel you on that. I LOVED my AW11 but mine wasn't supercharged. I just had the NA 4AGE. My first car was a 1985 Corolla GTS aka the AE86/ Hachiroku. My second car was an '88 MR2 (AW11) and I gotta say the family of cars from the '80s that have the 4AGE in them is the same cheap, light , and mass producible route that Toyota needs to take nowadays for these scion kids. Not a Camry Engine.. in a porky coupe

 

god i wish this would come back but it will never happen !
they tried really had with the last gen before the scion came
with the MRS , celica GTS / action ,corolla XRS
and echo
but those days long gone now there goal is to get kids to like scions now so when there old they buy new toyota's
but with gas prices every ones getting small again! so who knows!

toyota has lost that "flare" that the older toyotas had........rwd, boost, etc etc

reason why toyota don;t make cool cars any more is cuz they didn;t sell many of the last celica and mrs
plus safety crap makes the car weight to much!
the sheet metal is so thin on my mr2 and corolla that i have stabbed holes in sheet metal in the past
