if the f-series motor in the s2k is junk, the 2az-fe in your tc must be the biggest pile ever built.

 

id rather have a 2az for sure. my friend had a s2k with all top of the line parts and still got beat by my other friends convertable 350z

 

on a track or in a straight line? s2ks aren't made to be sent to drag strips. s2k's got 50/50 weight distribution, a stiff chassis, midship design, all of which the z doesn't have.
and z looks chubby....

 

LOL I-VTEC is NOTHING compared to an electronic valvetrain. Hahahahahha....vtec.

 

z's have like a 47/53 or something like that and they do have a stiff chassis. the hardtops handle better or just as good as s2000's

 

that wasnt stupid. stock bimmer motor or s2k motor with high reving? hmm. id go with a 2005 s2k motor over a 94 bmw motor that wouldnt last at all. smart and different

 

yes, exactly. the hardtop handles as well as the s2000, a convertible which doesn't have the extra reinforcements from the full frame. that shows the difference in engineering put in for the s2k. convertible that handles like hardtops, run by a I-4 2.0(ap1)/2.2(ap2)L engine making 200+ to the wheels, that's also 700 lbs lighter than the v6 z.
also i love it when s2ks rev up to 8000. gives me goosebumps.
