Cash For Clunkers: Fact

.....is on the list??????
Apprently, our government is run by morons??? My first reaction when I saw this on the list from edmunds: "No one is stupid enough to trade in a Supra for $4,500 even if its not working properly!"
So I went on MSN auto to get a picture to post....I noticed the Blue book value from '94 to '98 is $16,050-$37,000
Don't take 'clunker' so literally... yea, it falls under the low MPG rating. That's the point.
It's not like they hand picked the cars on the list. The EPA churned it out based on car age and fuel efficiency.
