Default Could this be the next Scion?

Toyota is already hanging four different badges on this car, and it already has iQ sized engines (and Toyota is already bringing the iQ to the U.S.). So if Toyota continues to think small, could this be next?

...Both Toyota and Daihatsu have announced a replacement for the same car. The new Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon was unveiled today.

While one car being sold by two car companies is nothing new, we expect to at least double that amount in the upcoming months. The Boon (sold as the Sirion in Europe) is also sold as the Subaru Justy in Europe and Perodua Myvi in Europe and Asia.
....
The only question that remains is why would an enthusiast’s website based in the U.S. even bother to do a story on a low-power compact car that we’ll never get in our dealerships? We think the Boon/Passo/Sirion/Justy/Myvi may be a car to keep on eye on. Top Gear the magazine had some small praise for the previous Sirion, but Top Gear the TV show lambasted the Myvi during an episode in series 13. So it may be interesting to watch (from a far) to see if the Boon/Passo/Sirion/Justy/Myvi line improved enough to win over the whole BBC.

No.

If only b/c the iQ and the replacement tC will be next - that will make 4 in the lineup.

There hasn't really been any concrete news on it. But there are a lot of rumors. Mostly based on the Fuse concept from a few years ago.
