Hey all,
As some of you know my car was totaled. I am trying to figure out what I am going to replace it with. Something I have really been looking at is the G35. Has anybody owned/driven one? How did you like it... positives/negatives?

Also, how big is the backseat? I know it is not huge but in relation to the tC how big is it?

I am hoping to go test drive one this weekend but the closest Infiniti dealer is 100 miles away. Any help would be appreciated!

 

i driven in one but i haven't driven myself its nice and torquey. the backs are small in my opinion it shouldn't have come with them. but it is nice

 

I have heard the back seats are pretty small but I have never been in one. I don't use the backseat very often but I need to put a car seat back there lol.

 

car is nice but gas wise on it sucks

 

oh and g35 sedan or coupe? the coupe back seats are tiny, sedan is a better bet but think about gas prices too

 

I am looking at coupes. I don't really care about gas mileage... that sounds kinda bad lol. Basically all I need is to be able to fit a child seat in the back.

 

yeah a g35 coupe is not good for a baby in the back. lol i'm a valet and i drive soo many cars a day i can tell you which is roomy and which is not

 

The G35 is SICK and I say go for it! It's basically a 350Z with a backseat...

 

lol, my thoughts exactly!! If I didnt have a kid then this would be an easy decision... drive to dealer, pick out a 350z end of story!! I talked to a guy today that used to have a G35 and he said it wont be an issue getting a child seat in there so that is a little bit of a relief.

 

man I'm 5'6 160 lbs and I barely fit on the back seat, let alone the interior looks (dash) aren't the best. just my .02 cents

 

My son won't be 5'6" for a while... he is the only passenger I care about lol.

Except the front seat is up too far for anyone taller than like 5'8". I'm 6ft and the seat when i'm comfortable is a few inches from hitting the back seats.

But your kid is young so you'll be alright with that much room for awhile. But lets just say there will be no hanky panky going on in that back seat, lol. No room, and their buckets.

I think that is the same pic of the backseat that I saw earlier. It looks like it will work for my purposes! That black G is SEX!!

 

I am def thinking about it. I love them.

 

do it 6speed or auto is fine there both fast & fun my mom & dad own one & they are both the 2door ones & I <3 driving them OMG fast & fun also so sexy
