If you're buying a truck, Ford > Chevy > Dodge > Toyota.

ok but why? Keep in mind I have not driven them yet Chevy on Monday
I can get very deep discounts on both
Downside is I may sell my Jetta...Upside now I will have the funds to build a project car once I sell it

Ford just dropped the power ratings on the EcoBoost for the F150. Didnt do mpg yet but its got 365hp and 420tq and up to 90% of torque available under 4000rpms. Drive the ford and you will like it over the Cheby! Built FORD tough! Not, Built Chevy weak!

Bro, you get a ford I will call you every day and tell you you left your man step down!

The Chevy 5.3 cant be beat...

end of story

(though Id rather buy a used Escalade ESV, bigger motor, more towing cap. around 20K plus when your driving it every day its awfully comfortable... oh wait... I did)

attempt to get them in Z71 trim, locking difs, factory lifts with real tires, the right gear ratios, and all the interior toys for another 1600 iirc (last time I looked)
