Hey guys, not a kia fan here, but i work for hyundai IT, but i'm in the kia headquarters..i've seen this car in PERSON, even taken pictures with my camera phone, its a DAMN nice car, but it's bigger than the xb, and doesnt look very lowerable..... no bs though, I hate HATE kia's, but i'd buy this!
From the web: The Kia Soul is actually not intended to be a true SUV. If it goes into production, it will be marketed as a CUV, a crossover utility vehicle.
If you ever yearned for a vehicle with USB ports, Wi-Fi capability and a notebook computer in the glove compartment then keep an eye on this concept car.
The Soul should appeal to computer users. Motor trend has the details:
A notebook computer with a multi-purpose video game monitor is housed in the glove compartment, there are the requisite rear video monitors, Blue-tooth and MP3 capability, USB ports, Wi-Fi and telematics.
The rear doors are hinged in the back giving the Soul a wide open entrance with all doors open at once.
It is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gas engine driving the front wheels through a five-speed manumatic transmission.
Those above pictures are the concept, which actually look pretty good, I guess I should say i've seen the concept in person, and it looks VERY good, I have NOT seen the production model yet, but I did find a few more spypics
