I'm very happy with my box, Vanilla, and will keep her until her little wheels fall off.

When the time comes that I must replace her, I'm hoping there will be something on the us market that would be a suitable "city-car" type replacement (that leaves out the xB2, and the xD has entry-ease and space problems).
If that something is a Nissan, I guess I'll buy a Nissan.
I'd rather stay in the Toyota family, but Toyota has abandoned that market in the US, after opening it and proving it with the xB Classic.

I totally agree with you Tom!
I plan to drive my xB til it's completely done. That or until it costs too much to justify fixing it.
I too hope that something similar will be in the market once that time arrives. For me, the xB2 is a total different car compared to the xB1. It seems as though the xb2 has branched off into a different route compared to the first generation xB.

It seems like it is coming and Nissan has an interesting debut planned for it at next years NYIAS. I find it hard to believe they would be showing custom CUBEs for no reason and mention how much the US wants it at that.. We will probably get the next gen. which still be small like they JDM version as oppose d to the increased size of the US-friendly xB2.
