It definitely grows on you. I've always been more of a sedan guy but this thing is mean

IMHO if you are claiming you need a "grown up" car, you have no business in an STi ;) Get a used Legacy GT, heck even a Spec.B. You will have far more creature comforts available, nicer interior and a much better ride. It can be made every bit as fast as an STi. Heck, my Stage 2 Legacy GT in it's autotragic form can be a reason for worry for a stock STi, especially if not driven right ;) If you don't care much about creature comforts or potential unwanted attention and can live with the drive the STi has to offer, then there should be nothing holding you back.

never mind the lack of interior room in the old legacy..

great car until you figure in the entry price, MUCH higher insurance, probably still worse gas mileage, higher maintenance costs

oh and the new ones as much as they're better than previous models are HIDEOUS

nice man..lucky SOB!

Subaru just announced a lot of bad ___ new things coming out including the WRX getting a lot of the body panels and exhaust tips of the STI as well as the STI sedan.

I keep telling myself I'm not going to be selling my tC for a long time since I paid it off but with all these new badass toys subaru is releasing how am I supposed to control myself especially after just getting a promotion at work!

Anyway, enjoy the new ride man! *envy*
