I found one for 900 dollars, but its just a motor. I'm gonna need to get a stand alone. Not too familiar with stand alones and was wondering if anyone has any experiance with them. I need pros, and cons. Any help is apreciated. I tried club4ag.com come, but it feels like that forum is dead.

Why you say that. The gts and sr5 can both can be modded equaly, and personaly I like the coupes better. They both have the same tranny. All I need is a limited slip diff and 4.5 rearend. I allready have the rear disk conversion, and they both have the same chasy coding. The coupe is also known for have a little more rigid chasy. Hey to each your own.

Oh man thanks alot. I can't wait to get that motor. Love the overall engeneering of that motor. Toyota went all out with it. In club 4ag there is another guy selling another sr5 corolla. I'll splurge a little with it, but ___ soon as I finish it then the cobalt is next.
