Default which of these cars should Toyota bring over as Scions??

i really think Scion needs a hot 2 door hatchback, but there's really nothing in the Toyota lineup that qualifies as a hot hatch. but they DO have a ton of cars in japan that would make great Scions.. which of these do you think they should bring over?

Toyota Allex

Toyota Allion

Toyota Passo

Toyota Porte

Toyota Sienta

Toyota Vitz

the yaris may be in the scion line next year. The allex and allion or extremely expensive. The allion does not scream YOUTH. The sienta would make be awesome in America its 13k gets 30+ mpg and has plenty room. The porte only looks good when modded. The passo would make the a good Scion.

Yeah that seems to be the word. The thing is, its going to be a toyota not a scion. Same differance any ways. Now that allex, IIRC right, is really just a hatch version of the Corolla, so I dont see why we could not get that. I think its still Toyotas idea, that a hatchback styled car, would not help there sales to much. Now I know all 3 scions could be looked at as a hatch back, but thats why they are not sold as toyotas

Not 100% sure on that, but it is listed under toyota news instead of scion news. Either way, its still a yota. It think it would be a yota badged car, because as of right now, toyota the name has no cheap small car.. Just the rolla. So the Echo/Vitz/Yaris car would fill in the gap that the old echo left open. Also Its hard saying if toyota would want 3 of there 4 cars powered by a 105hp 1.5L engine. That does not offer much room for wants when it comes to power.

The Echo/Yaris/Vitz comes in 3 door & 5 door. So the 3 door could be looked at as a hatch & the 5 door as a sedan/wagon making for 2 new styled cars, but really only 1 new platform.

It does look good. A stock 0-60 of about 5-6 sec range would be nice. The tC is more of a higher class coupe in my eye.

0-60 of 5-6sec can easily be done with the S/C (IF they ever make the freakin' thing).

Wait, what is the xA then? I'm not getting something here.

But I agree, none of the above. They all look like freaking Suzuki's. Let them be under the Toyota brand. Scions should either be different (like the xB/xA) or sporty like the tc.

Scion has a 'wagon', a small affordable 'hatchback' and a sporty 2-door coupe. What they need now is a really fresh 4-door compact, like a Corolla or 4-door Civic but with style.

I doubt they'll do it though, because they might end up hurting the sales of Toyota itself.
