well, it is a clutchless manual or whatever right. it has actually has a clutch, but no clutch pedal it is operated by the car itself and you can hit a paddle to up and down shift, or the shifting can be done automatically. so it is fast and responsive and doesn't lose power like an automatic does, but still, i want a clutch pedal, pure and simple.

I would have to go M3. A skyline is fast and looks fast. The M3 is fast but unless you are a car guy most people wouldn't know what it is. I like that it is a little inconspicuous. With that said the skyline is still a bad ****.

Yeah I love both of these cars, but I would have to say the Skyline as well because it is rare and it is a Skyline...what else needs to be said!!!!

also consider this, hot chick asks you what you drive, you say nissan GT-R, they haven't a clue how awesome the car really is, they just hear nissan and don't know that the GT-R is a a big deal.

but regardless of what it is, you say you own a BMW anything, your in a much better perception already, and when you show her what an m3 can do, you have a sure thing right there.

like with my old ford explorer. sure it was the limited edition with nice leather seats, and air ride, and an awesome sound system. it was still a boring ford explorer to every chick i dated with it. but the scion tc, man, getting them in the passenger seat means they next stop is their bed. lol.

Unfortunately Drax, clutches are starting to disappear. You're going to be hard pressed to find a sports car with an actual clutch pedal 15-20 years from now. They just don't make sense when you can electronically shift a lot faster than manually shifting. The only advantage manual has is it's cheaper, but I suspect that will change in the future as technology and manufacturing processes improve.

That being said, Skyline > M3

A true sports car is going to be an automatic. They are faster and outperform a manual ANYDAY!!

I have yet to see a formula with a clutch pedal. All ferraris and lambos are going auto. And its not just for the rich to have it easy.

Even the race spec porches, feraris and lamborghinis are autos. While I agree its more fun to drive a stick, for all out raceing I would love to have an auto!!!

The M3 is FAR better looking. It's a beautiful car. The chopped at an angle roof and the bland nose of the GT-R are flat out ugly. But, I detest Beemers. Every Beemer owner I ever met was a stuck up azz. So, I'll take the GT-R. Its ugly but its quicker and handles better and its not a Beemer.
