Chicago SCCA 2-day autocross school

A morning of classroom instruction, and a day and a half of in-car instruction!

Last year, I was lucky enough to have two Scion drivers as students-the first Scions to sign up since I did in 2008! There was a clean xB1, and a 2009 RS tC.

 

Actually, my wife took the class two years ago in my xA, beating a Celica GTS!

 

Surprisingly, a tC showed up! A turbo tC no less!
And a decently prepared Celica.
Both drivers improved a lot, and while the tC is in a bit over his head, he drove it surprisingly well.
The Celica will be competitive in STC class, and he is on all-season tires right now.
