Well, my friend wanted to test out my new CAI and so did I. So we took it out to a abandoned street and I got killed. He beat me the whole way, start to finish. He had me like 2-3 car lengths. I was dissappointed. I think I expected too much from the intake. His car was an Acura Legend. Probably late '90s, I didn't ask what year it was.

Later on I checked out the stats of the Legend, and it was a V6 230HP Engine! Wow!

 

well... how much did the legend weigh, that will help you determine whether you got your a$$ beat, or if the car didn't have a chance going in...

... for example, i also own a 2000 mercedes e430... it has more hp than the tc... a lot more, but it is also double the weight to carry...

I was coming home the other day and this Acura TL was in front of me and when the slow ___ in front of her turned we both just spanked it, im not sure if she was giving it all it had but I never lossed or gained any ground on it, If she was giving it everything it had it was sad, and it did seem as if she was. I mean it has 258 hp

haha sorry yeah man those things are pretty quick even they weigh alot and all u had was a CAI anything else

He got 70 HP on me. He was just lucky that my ScionLife sticker didn't kick in.

But, yeah i only got the Injen Intake installed like two days ago.
