Was on the way home tonight and pulled alongside an accord coupe 4cyl. It's a great match cars are about same size, weight and engine size.

Light turned green and floored it. I easily left the accord, however I slowed down a bit to let him catch up and I gunned it. I could hear his fart pipe screaming and his engine sounded like it was going to explode. I had about a 3 car length advantage. Light ahead is red so I slowed down. Dumb ___ still kept going fast, cuts me off and pulls over into a 711.



I love it when losers do something stupid after they have lost. Pulling over to spare the embarassment of me laughing at their faces and not taking it like a man.

Nice. I'm always a mature about losing a race. I'll just laugh about it, and say damn. Cuz acting like an @ss just makes it that much worse for yourself.

 

They don't weigh the same as a tc right? For some reason I was thinking they weigh around 3200 and have less torque.

I normally don't start races, but I was like, what the heck, besides I've got about 1,500 miles on my car so it's broken in by now.

It's funny because he was jerking his car back and forth and reving his fart pipe. He thought he was blinging with his car with his getto music blasting.



The tC and a 4cyl Accord coupe are just as equal of a match as you can get.

I would attribute my victory to the tC slightly lighter weight and closer gear ratio since spec wise, the cars are fairly similar. Well, maybe, just maybe I am also a better driver

I beat a v6 6speed coupe, it was about a week after I had my S/C installed.

 

lol i just got beat by a v6 coupe. but i didnt launce so i didnt count that as a race.

 

i might be also that the accord is geared differently because the accord gets 26/34 mpg...
