Anyone see it? was it on speed channel because I watched speed for the better part of a day and still didn't see it...also..possible pictures of the race?

 

I suppose the lack of a response means that nobody really caught the race, including myself. (I unfortunately had to work while it was on the air...I think...)

Anywho, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of coverage of the race on the internet.

I have a feeling that:
A)Nobody cares about Bucky Lasek winning besides the one or two people who know a thing or two about skateboarding.
B)The race sucked
or
C)People don't like to watch tCs race

Thats what I was thinking as well..not seeing any coverage of it online or on TV whatsoever I just figured that it may had not be a great race...not to mention it looks like it rained during the race.....

From what I understand, it rained during practice, which was the day before the actual race.

and this is over a week old

 

Better late than never!

It's healthy for the community to see tCs on a road course.

I agree....I think they are pretty ugly as well but I wish that was me out there having that oppurtunity.

 

it was on SPEED last week. It was a half hour broadcast and they almost didnt even talk about the cars. It was kinda fun to watch but the cars sounded pretty bad...really really raspy.

 

cars sounded like complete poop
but was fun seein them use them as bumper cars, and that one that ALMOST flipped over in the tire pile.....good stuff

 

Actually I would really like to see the video if anyone has it. I am really interested in seeing a tC on a road course.

 

Those cars were so stock it is pathetic to even call it a race

But I still want to see it

Guys, looks like Speed is replaying it tomorrow ( Sunday ) afternoon. 2:30 central time, 30 minute show. At least that's what my old "moxie" box shows up here on cable.

 

Oh well, will be helping my daughter move out of her condo tomorrow to a new location
