Raced a WRX
And won, but I don't think he knew he was racing. I also raced this girl driving a Camaro SS, who definitely knew she was racing. She stalled. Just goes to show that anything can be a driver's race.

Oh, my roomates' PS2, I spent too much on NOS for my metro (I only own a tC in the game) to afford my own. I managed to buy one of those cheap, 3rd party controllers though for myself.
i wonder how our cars would do (w/ full bolt ons- intake, header, s pipe, catback ) would do against a stock wrx, cuase my friend w/ 02 si tied a wrx on the highway and then was slowly walking it when he hit 100 mph

From a 5mph roll, I regularly put about 2 *buslengths* on him by 90mph, which is when the WRX first hits target boost. A tC without forced induction stands no chance against a WRX that's actually racing. And that goes double for the new 06 WRX which is generally dynoing around 260-270 hp off the lot.
haha..
A wrx would walk you if they were actually racing. A camero ss, thats like comparing your tc to the sti. No chance at all. She either, didn't know she was racing, or, just driving and happend to stall.
Seriously, i'm tired of these tC vs. threads. There really should be a forum strictly for the tc vs. and people that make new ones after that, if the mods or admin. do it, should be warned. It got out of hand 5 months ago. No offense to your post, but common. common... common.. lol
*family guy refrence*
Point is, they weren't racing. Unless you have some mods you aren't listing.

The bottom line here is that the WRX puts out 70 more horses than a tC on a slightly broader powerband. Even factoring in the difference in drivetrain loss, the difference is still probably 40hp to the wheels. Do you really think you can make 40whp with bolt-ons and no fuel management or forced induction? And even if you did, would you have a chance of beating an AWD car from a dig?
