Default went to english town last nite kindof dissapointed

i went to englishtown last nite to see if i can post better times then 15.2 but i couldnt ;/ i ran 3 times

my first run i missed second and i did 16.1 so i thru that slip away

my 2nd run i ran

60, 2.395
330 6.472
1/8 9.842
MPH 72.79
1000 12.750
1/4 15.227
MPH 91.26


my 3rd run i ran

r/t .199
60, 2.407
330 6.475

1000 .000 <---------?slip has that i dont get it

i thought i couldve easily gotta a 15 flat or 14.9 but my wheel hop was way to much

now for the after track fun i ran a gsr civic coupe took him by 2 car lentgh`s

and then later on in the night i raced a 1.8t gti with an intake he jumped the launch and i missed 3rd and he only beat me by a fender ill post up video`s later on tonite


honestly i was really considering not hooking up my tC anymore b4 last nite but idk im rethinking it i just feel they got alot of potential and people really doubt them

The ones that underestimate us, are the ones I like beating the most....It changes their outlook about the tC.

If you get your 60 times down to 2.1 - 2.2 then you should see a good improvement. Also, are you feathering the clutch out, or dumping it when you come off the line?

im doing wat i do on the streets which i found out today is bad after warmin up the tires im dumping the clutch at 3500 but i should be feathering it rite?

Feathering is the way to go with our cars. No LSD, excessive low end tQ = NO GO FOR YOU, if you dump it.

ya i gotta practice that but i garentee mid 14.7`s with tires and still ingalls and anything else to reduce wheel hop

Nice 1/8th mile trap speed, get a crank pulley and you'll see it go up about a full MPH.

+ a Crank Pulley, and you will see 14.7's if you drive it right.

Get your 60ft down and you'll be set.

rhythmnsmoke~that is true for most cars, you don't want to dump the clutch, you always feather. LSD really isn't going to help you much if any off the line, more used for slippage during hard turning.
