Default WWW.FASTSCIONS.COM - Awesome Experience!

I ordered a motor fx hood through them.
So much for you guys that are waiting on your hoods.

Motor FX - OEM Carbon Fiber Hood
$471 shipped!

8/17/06
Marco Trejo from fast scions personally emailed me himself thanking me for my order and telling me the status as soon as I made the order on the site.
He told me I would have a tracking number the next day. He even told me on the 16th that I could have it that wednesday if I order on 16th.
I ordered too late and it ended up being a order on the 17th.

8/18/06
I get a email from Marco Trejo saying that my order has been shipped out, the email did have a tracking number. I check fedex and it's on the way. I should have it on that thursday.

So far for good. I'll keep you guys updated on what happens. As long as I get the right hood and it's what he said it was then awesome.

Marco has been a great person to work with. I guess it's just up to Fedex now.

Bringing back an old thread... I just dealt with fast scions and I do have to say....

I agree with chrischoi,

Fast Scions definitely has super customer service and the best prices around. I placed an order and got it 8 days later.

I would recommend everyone to buy from them.

I am gonna agree with you guys. There service was great! I ordered the metal engine cover and it did not fit very well. They took it back and exchanged it for the Progressive rear sway bar. Awsome!!

IDK...I purchased a CF hatch from them and it took a while to ship which I understood because they where out of stock. SO he tells me there gonna ship it out the next day and give me a tracking number. I got an email saying shipped but no tracking number. It has been 7 days now and no response to my emails and no awnser to any of my calls. Im hoping it just shows up but I really did need the number to know the excat date it is comming in.

joe over there at fastscions.com is an extremly busy guy. He does everything over there. He personally drove to pick up my hood from where he gets them from and packed/shipped it himself. To me, that is amazing customer service. Fastscions.com is a great place to purchase from.

As I a aware and appreciate it greatly but another part of customer service it keeping you customers up to speed. All I need is a tracking number or an email or phone call. How would you like it when both your front and rear windows are bashed in and your hatch is all messed up so you you get a chekc in and decide something good will come out of it. You order the hatch and come to find out its out of stock, no prob not his fault. Finally gets shipped but no tracking numbers. 7 days go buy with atleast 15 unawnsered phone calls 5 messages left and 3 emails sent. None awnsered. I certainly understand he is busy but I am too and guess what I am also out of a vehicle this whole time and that is why it is important I get this piece asap. I love their prices and the times I have talked to them he has been great! But he needs to take prioritze some time for returning calls or emails.
